Your pass activates the first time you check in — the duration clock (90 days for a multipass, 30 for monthly, 365 for annual by default) runs from that visit. Before your first use, the pass sits ready for up to 1 year from purchase (your shelf life), so a gift or buy-ahead doesn't lose days on the shelf.
Unactivated multi-session passes expire 1 year after purchase by default. Day passes are the exception — they're valid for the day they're issued, so they don't carry a shelf life.
Yes. Monthly and above can freeze once per term for up to 14 days — request it from your member portal.
